We didn’t read about these problems. We lived them.
How it all began
We are both IHK-certified real estate professionals. We know the daily pain points of property management because we experienced them ourselves.
Immomove is not just built from industry knowledge. One of our founders, Anton has been developing software for over ten years and builds our infrastructure himself, from server rack to AI model. Lenard our other co-founder brings experience from real estate, B2B sales, and an international technology company.
We know both sides: property management and technology.
Clipboard, camera, handwritten reports, endless contractor calls. The same processes for decades. Not because there was no better way, but because no one who truly understood the daily reality had built one.
So we built it ourselves.
